According to Grey?s Anatomy star, Patrick Dempsey, ?last season was boring to do.? Not exactly the raving compliment the show and its network probably would have wanted from one of their lead mainstays. The man who gives life to Dr. Derek ?McDreamy? Shepherd made the comment as he admitted to the New York Post recently that his minor lip-locking indiscretion with Nurse Rose, played by Lauren Stamile, was a welcome novelty."It will make the storylines more interesting and compelling,? Dempsey said. ?Last season was boring to do. Enough is enough already. It's time for the writers to go back and take a look at things and find some new paths for these characters. It was too repetitive for me."The controversial kiss took place in a recent Grey?s Anatomy episode, adding another layer of tension to his already rocky relationship with Ellen Pompeo?s Meredith Grey. Despite the repercussions his momentary lapse in judgment may cause, Dempsey is grateful for the diversion, saying he feels ?encouraged? that someone new has come into to his character's life.In line with this sentiment, the actor also remained uncertain about the future of Derek and Meredith ?s romance. "You would think that they would work through their difficulties and move forward,? the Grey?s Anatomy heartthrob commented. ? Meredith needs to get healthy. That's an interesting thing to explore with her character. Does he stand by her while she goes through that? Or do they work through their problems alone.? [Grey's Anatomy creator/writer] Shonda Rhimes is very clear on what she wants to do but not clear on what the actors are going to do.?In the meantime, even as Dempsey and the rest of the cast and crew of Grey?s Anatomy remain unemployed due to the writers? walkout, the actor can at least continue to savor the success of his most recent film, Enchanted. "I always knew that if it worked, it would work huge," Dempsey confessed. "But you always take a risk with these things. It's been interesting because everyone likes this movie ? men, kids, moms. The movie touches the child in everyone, while dispelling the whole idea that if you find that one right person you are going to live happily ever after."

The MBT shoes has been on many lips (well, it has actually been on it for almost ten years already, but it's not until the last couple of years that the hype has started seriously among everyone from the staying at home moms to the Hollywood celebs) these days. Why? How come? "The world's smallest gym" it's been called, basically because it's supposed to bee good for rehabilitation of knees and muscles. And it's actually used by atheletes to recover from injuries of different kinds. When walking in normal shoes on hard surfaces, like most of us do, it hard on our bodies. MBT shoes has four in built soles that creates a new way of using your body when walking, using the whole foot from sole to toe. You know the feeling when you're walking on soft moss? It feels a little like that. This way of walking activates neglected muscle groups and therefore gets our bodies more toned and shaped.. This idea came from the Swiss engineer Karl Muller, who had suffered from severe back pain and hip problems for a long time. Inspired by the Masai people, that had great posture and no back problems even though walking barefoot for long distances, he invented the MBT shoes. What he did was that he sort of imitated the surface they where walking on, all built in, in the shoe. What I was really interested in, was that is supposed to be SO effective to reduce and even eliminate cellulites. Is this really the truth, or just another, short lived hype? I decided to do a test. Would I see any change in my cellulite clogged legs if walking with MBT shoes for two months? I have quite a lot of cellulite on my legs, from ankles to hips, and always had a hard time with building muscles on my legs. Even in periods when I was really skinny, I had a lot of cellulite and little muscle mass on my legs (giving birth to three children haven't really reduced the cellulites either).I used them every day, walking to the office and home again; all together a walk for 45 minutes. And I used them during the day as much as I could. I also used them on the free time doing the everyday things like playing in the yard with the kids, walking the dog, etc. The first week I noticed that my muscles got a bit sore. A good sign, I thought. That proves that it activates the muscles like it promises. Another nice side effect was that my posture improved, and I didn't get as tired in my back at the end of the day as before. And I could see a clear difference after a month already. Inspired by this, I started to do some power walking a couple of times a week, with the MBT shoes, naturally. And the difference in two months where really eye striking. They hadn't disappeared totally, but gone on my lower muscles below the knees, as well as my upper thighs on the back. The buttocks had much less cellulites as well.This was now two moths ago, and I have reckoned that if keep walking for another two moths in these shoes, it will be all gone from the front of my thighs as well as the sides as well!I have to say I was sceptical, REALLY sceptical. But they really seem to do what they promise. As long as you use them as much as I did, of course.Twice a week hardly will do the trick, but to use them everyday is what does it. The price might leave you with a bit to digest at first, though. But then again, it's a good investment in your health and apparel.

Helio Castroneves is indeed enjoying the spotlight following his victorious win in the last season of Dancing with the Stars. Since he has been awarded the mirror ball trophy, the media has been swarming all over him like crazy, and this is because of the controversy that surrounds the 32-year-old race car athlete.Combine the fact that Castroneves recently ended his relationship with his fiancé and the rumors circulating about him sharing a romantic relationship with his dancing partner, Julianne Hough, and you'll surely get the media's attention.However, the 32-year-old was still able to take time off to celebrate and announce when he and Hough will be joining the tour of Dancing with the Stars.Castroneves threw a party that was attended by Hough and Sabrina Ryan, a crowd favorite on Dancing with the Stars' last season. Former Dancing with the Stars participants Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin were also among a hundred friends from the show that came down to celebrate.Castroneves made sure that the media buzz was dying out before he began celebrating. He said, "I've been traveling so much that I want to make sure I enjoy [the victory]."As soon as the party was over, he flew to Indianapolis to celebrate yet again, this time in a bigger party for his Indy 500 family, to whom he owes majority of his success. Of course, following his victory, his crew took the opportunity to pick on him."The team was making fun of me," he revealed. ""They said, ?Is your head too big for your helmet? Do you need sequins on your helmet?'"Coincidentally, Indianapolis is also the first leg of the Dancing with the Stars tour, in which audiences will again get to see Helio Castroneves on the dance floor with Julianne Hough. Other dates and locations in which they shall perform on the tour are as follows: Nashville (Jan. 19), Tampa (Jan. 21), Jacksonville (Jan. 22), Fort Lauderdale (Jan. 23), Providence (Feb. 9) and Philadelphia (Feb. 10).

Who said Dancing with the Stars is all about reviving one's showbiz career? More than that, Dancing with the Stars has become a venue for celebrities to show off their other talents, aside from acting. In fact, another big name has set her eyes on the dance floor as Celine Dion, the multi-awarded Canadian singer has expressed her desire to be part of the highly watched celebrity competition series.The 39-year-old singer/songwriter recently revealed to TV Guide that she is a big fan of ABC's Emmy-nominated Dancing with the Stars. In fact, she went backstage on Monday night's show after she pre-tapped two songs for the Dancing with the Stars finale next week. I just stumbled across an amazing new site that is really a blast to use. It's a gold mine if you are trying to figure out what sunglasses some celebrity was wearing.This guy has built a library dedicated only to celebrity sunglasses and it shows lots of recent pictures (and even video clips) of celebrities wearing sunglasses on reality TV shows like The Hills, Pageant Place, The Kardashians, etc. Plus he has celebs in sunglasses from movies, magazines and videos and red-carpet events, award ceremonies and various celebrity fan pages.The coolest part is the editorial comments and the ratings system where 'LookHooky', as he calls himself, who claims to have been in the sunglasses business for many years, can tell exactly what any celebrity was wearing no matter how obscure the brand or model they had on. Amazing!When you go to the home page he has loads of pictures of celebs with commentary and you can click on the celeb's picture and it takes you to a dedicated celeb page that has all of their pictures with links to larger images of the glasses so you can really see the details for each pair. Also shown is the exact brand and model and an approximate cost for the shades.Not only that, he has a nifty rating system and provides his opinion on every pair of glasses shown along with comments that explain why LookHooky likes or doesn't like these glasses. His comments are usually right on and, although occasionally a little thin, can be pretty humorous as he praises and slams the celebs and even the manufacturers, giving advice to those who might be considering buying a brand or style as to why it is better for certain face sizes and types, etc. Neat.There are also several 'master' lists; one for celeb pages, one for TV shows, movies, videos and a great section on magazines where you can go to see what celebs were wearing what glasses in what issue of about 5 or 6 publications that he seems to be following regularly. Does this guy ever sleep?The feature I like best about this site is that after you watch a TV show or video, or have scanned the pages of an entertainment mag, you can go there and use their site search engine to find all the entries for that celebrity and you can jump right to those pages and drill down to enlarged images, comments and ratings and prices.
